​At Squeaky Cleaning, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless cleaning experience. To ensure efficiency and fairness for both our clients and our cleaning professionals, we have established the following cancellation policy:
 

Flexible Scheduling
 

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Our booking system is designed to be flexible, allowing you to modify, reschedule, or cancel your appointment free of charge, provided that you do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment.
 

We encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if any changes are needed to help us manage our scheduling efficiently. Advanced notice ensures that we can reallocate time slots effectively, allowing us to continue offering high-quality service to all our clients.
 

Cancellations & Refunds
 

To ensure fairness for both our clients and cleaning professionals, we have the following cancellation policy:

 

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance – No cancellation fee; you can reschedule or cancel at no cost.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled cleaning – No refunds will be issued as we have already allocated time and resources for your cleaning. Our cleaning teams depend on scheduled bookings, and last-minute cancellations impact their ability to plan their work effectively.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows – The full cleaning service fee will be charged as our team has already committed their time for your appointment, which could have otherwise been offered to another client in need of our services.

 

Rescheduling Policy
 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a fee to compensate for the allocated time of our cleaning professionals.
 

For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, availability may be limited, and a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances. We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but our availability depends on our existing bookings.
 

Repeated last-minute rescheduling may be subject to additional service fees to account for disruptions in scheduling and logistical planning.
 

Why Do We Have This Policy?
 

Our Squeaky Cleaners are dedicated professionals who rely on scheduled appointments. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact their time and ability to take on other clients. By implementing this policy, we ensure that our team members are compensated fairly and that we continue providing exceptional service to all our clients.
 

Moreover, cancellations within 72 hours make it difficult for us to rebook the time slot, resulting in lost income for our cleaning professionals. This policy is in place to protect both our business and our hardworking staff while maintaining fairness across all customer bookings.
 

Emergency Cancellations
 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Depending on the nature of the emergency, we may offer to reschedule your cleaning at a later date without a fee at our discretion.
 

Please note that emergency accommodations are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. While we strive to be as understanding as possible, excessive last-minute cancellations due to non-emergency reasons may impact future bookings.
