1. Service Description
SqueakyCleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions. All services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals.
2. Booking and Scheduling
All service bookings must be made through our official mobile application or authorized channels. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Service times are estimates and may vary based on property condition and specific requirements.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the property, secure pets, and remove or secure valuable items. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured. Customers must be present or provide access instructions for the cleaning team.
5. Limitation of Liability
SqueakyCleaning's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value. Our insurance covers standard cleaning operations and accidental damage.
#6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

This Privacy Policy explains how SqueakyCleaning collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

We may share your information with: cleaning professionals assigned to your service (limited to necessary contact and property information), service providers who assist in our operations, and legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
